Summer Hairstyles

Hi Girlies!
In the midst of all these heat waves, I want to know how are we doing with our hair upkeep? The humid months can be tough with our hair choices, but it doesn’t have to be. Here are some of my favorite ways to do my hair during the summer.
Coming in hot as number 1 on my list, we have “The Bob.” A bob is my absolute favorite way to do my hair in the summer, and honestly the shorter the better. Sometimes I like to throw blonde highlights in, other times I like to keep a natural black color. In addition to keeping me cool, a bob is so versatile and can really go well with any outfit and accessories! I’ll always say, you can never miss with a bob!
Next up, I have a fan favorite, “Boho Braids.” Boho braids are a go to style for the summer months and on vacation, especially if you’re not afraid to dip your head under some water. A very essential factor in maintaining your boho braids is keeping a bottle of conditioner and mousse handy!
Last, but certainly not least, is a curly sew in. Curly hair can be a great choice for the summer as you can get your hair wet and the curls will still be in place. At times, I even favor a curly-do over braids on vacation! I can’t lie, I’m a sucker for a deep wave or kinky curly style!
